JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a business developer, you will work with your colleagues to develop the Police Authority's educational activities into more flexible, operationally close, and web-based learning formats. In this role, you will provide support and create conditions while contributing your pedagogical expertise in media with a focus on knowledge dissemination and learning within the authority. Other examples of tasks may include project management or sub-project management, participation in strategic development work, and working with digital tools.
The tasks may be expanded depending on the applicant's background and development potential as well as the needs of the organization. Therefore, we are looking for someone who wants to help improve and develop our operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
This is an opportunity for you who have:
- A university degree in, for example, pedagogy, or other education combined with work experience that the employer deems equivalent.
- Experience of at least six months of active work with media pedagogical production such as script production, film, sound, authoring tools.
- Experience in supporting and coaching within media pedagogical production.
- Experience in driving and participating in change work.
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
It is advantageous if you also have:
- Knowledge of production in Articulate Storyline, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or After Effects (Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Experience in producing graphic images and illustrations.
- Education or experience in interaction design and user-centered work.
- Experience in working with accessibility issues.
- Experience in project management.

Furthermore, you have a good ability to represent your area of expertise professionally in various contexts and have a strong focus on assignments. As a person, you are stable and can manage several complicated work processes simultaneously and handle work peaks in a balanced manner.
As the organization is in an intensive change period and the need for competency-enhancing efforts is dynamic, you need to be flexible and have a solution-focused approach where you identify solutions moving forward based on the existing conditions.
As a business developer, you will meet various target groups in your work daily, which is why you have the ability to communicate pedagogically both orally and in writing.
We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.
